I loved the level of safety and security of the resort, I felt safe at all times. I loved the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, their customer service was excellent! I really liked the room because it was clean and comfortable, and it was nicely decorated and designed. I really liked the number of pools and the swim-up bars, we got to try a different pool every day. I liked the buffets they had available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the food was good. I liked the ease of the shuttle to the beach and the pool and restaurant at the beach, plus the service was excellent! I liked the bartenders and the delicious drinks they made, they were all very attentive too.

Room service was great, fair warning, the portions are Huge but the prices are reasonable. It also has the beach club service, which we fully took advantage as we spent the day there and even ate fresh fish, food was delicious. We will go back, my recommendation is DO NOT take the All inclusive package as Acapulco has a lot of places you can eat well.
